HOW DO I SIGN UP?
It’s really easy to join Physique Factory Gym.
You can sign up online here.
Alternatively, pop in and see us during manned hours and we can get you signed up in around 10 minutes.
HOW DO I GET 24/7 ACCESS?
Day and week pass members will be emailed an access code when they sign up to enter on the number pads, which will enable them entry through the front door and turnstile.
All other members (month pass, 6 month, 1 year and DD members) must have their first visit during manned hours so that we can register your fingerprint to enable access through the turnstile entry system (you will still have an access code for the front door).
Access is available 24/7, 365 days a year for those who have an access code or registered their fingerprint.
HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO JOIN?
You need to be at least 13 to sign up and use the gym during manned hours with a responsible adult. Alternatively, for unattended access you need to be 16+.
CAN I TRY OUT THE GYM BEFORE JOINING?
We don’t offer free trials, but you can arrange to take a look around any time, just send us an email and we can help arrange this at a time that suits you.
You can even buy a day pass before you become a member to make sure you are happy, we would be more than happy to do your induction at the same time to make sure you are happy using all we have to offer here at Physique Factory.
WHAT ARE YOUR MANNED HOURS?
Our manned hours are:
Monday to Friday: 6am – 1pm & 5pm – 7pm
Saturday: 9am – 11am
Sunday: 9am – 1.30pm
HOW DO I CANCEL MY DIRECT DEBIT? HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE TO CANCEL?
All Direct Debit members must give at least 1 months notice to cancel their membership.
To cancel your direct debit you will need to contact Ashbourne Management Services directly as they manage all of our payment collections.
